Angela Evelyn Bassett is an American actor from the United States. in the television and film business, she is famous for her many awards and nominations. Bassett was raised in New York New York and fostered by an aunt in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett along with her sister aged five, old, made the move out of New York and into St. Petersburg to live with the mother of their divorced father. Bassett was inspired to become an actress after seeing the play Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, starring James Earl Jones. She went to Yale University New Haven Connecticut earning a bachelor's diploma (1980) on African American studies and a master's degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. They married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. Degree in African-American Studies in 1980, Master of Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett currently works in one of her lead roles, Ramonda, in the action-adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
